Global Apparel Sourcing Compliance Manager, Formula 1

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute global social compliance programs across vendor and factory networks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and licensee CSR communications
• Address audit findings, corrective action plans, and compliance gaps in partnership with sourcing teams
• Track compliance metrics and ensure timely remediation and documentation
• Monitor and implement global regulations and translate them into actionable procedures
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal teams and vendors
• Partner with leadership to execute sustainability initiatives and performance tracking
• Manage compliance systems, reporting platforms, and third-party tools to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, social compliance, or responsible sourcing
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards
• Experience managing factory compliance and working with audit platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
