Global Analyst, 3P Invoicing

Responsibilities

• Act as the guardian of 3P revenue within the BEES Monetization environment
• Centralize and standardize the invoicing process across the platform
• Provide visibility into invoicing status by partner and by country
• Identify and highlight gaps or delays in 3P revenue recognition
• Trigger monthly invoicing processes according to partner frequency
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition through proper provision or invoicing accounting
• Track and monitor commercial views against financial views using Cognos
• Escalate blockers, delays, and issues affecting revenue recognition
• Operationalize partner agreements in collaboration with the GCC team
• Provide quarterly views of Intercompany (ICO) charges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in commercial, revenue, or finance operations
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• Knowledge of end-to-end invoicing processes, including triggering and tracking
• Ability to reconcile and monitor commercial vs. financial revenue views
• Ability to work within standardized operating models while supporting local country nuances
