Global Alliance Management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with global partners in Europe, China, Japan, and other regions.
• Manage project development and strategy for global partners, coordinating with internal departments including RA, Clinical, SCM, QA, and Commercial teams.
• Lead Joint Steering Committee and top management meetings, such as Joint Development Committees (JDC) and Joint Commercial Committees (JCC).
• Manage the execution of global partner contracts, including contract amendments and the establishment of additional agreements.
• Develop and execute global alliance strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Coordinate the successful development, supply, and commercialization of products like Cenobamate and Solariamfetol.
• Organize annual alliance meetings to discuss product plans and development with all global partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Life Science.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience (Entry-level candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree are also welcome; PhD applicants are not eligible for this specific role).
• Proficient in business English to ensure smooth global collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level English communication skills.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage issues among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in business development, regulatory affairs (RA), CMC, clinical development, or commercialization.
