Global Air Logistics Operational Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned strategic key accounts
• Develop and maintain long-term, strategic customer partnerships
• Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship, from contract implementation to performance management
• Drive volume growth, revenue, and profitability across the assigned account portfolio
• Propose tailored logistics solutions based on deep understanding of customer supply chain needs
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer care teams to ensure consistent service delivery
• Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions
• Identify new business opportunities, support tenders, and manage contract renewals
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Solid understanding of international trade, ocean freight operations, and global supply chains
• Proven experience managing key or strategic customer accounts at a regional or global level
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments within a matrix organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
