Global After Sales Manager/Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the after-sales service strategy for mining hardware and software solutions
• Oversee installation follow-ups, performance optimization, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base for mining efficiency and equipment longevity
• Build strong client relationships through performance reviews and operational audits
• Track and analyze service metrics such as uptime, hash rate, and energy consumption
• Train and mentor the after-sales support team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in after-sales service, customer support, or service delivery management
• Proven experience leading service teams in hardware, data center, semiconductor, or mining environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing customer escalations at an organizational level
• Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills
• Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Highly organized with experience managing concurrent technical audits
