Global Accounts Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated 3-5 year account strategy plans for assigned global accounts.
• Build high-touch relationships and earn trusted advisor status with executive-level customer leadership.
• Identify broader trends in customer needs and influence the development of company strategy.
• Oversee relationships with global customer buying centers and lead dedicated account teams.
• Lead the sales of large, complex, and integrated solutions, including multi-product and multi-national sales.
• Guide account teams to recognize growth opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Make commercial decisions regarding pricing, discounting, and profitability to maximize value.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with sales management to update account plans and improve execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of related sales experience or demonstrated account management capability.
• Proven track record of account ownership and driving significant account growth.
• Experience selling testing, inspection, certification services, software products, or advisory offerings.
• Established sales leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-national sales cycles.
