Global Accounting Product Lead, SVP

Responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting product portfolio across fund, insurance, partnership, and related capabilities
• Set product direction and roadmap priorities in partnership with key stakeholders
• Integrate accounting, data, reporting, and service capabilities into cohesive solutions
• Drive industry analysis, modernization initiatives, and product differentiation
• Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to influence decision-making
• Shape pricing strategy and contribute to product financial performance and capital planning
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and control frameworks throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in financial services
• 15+ years of experience in product management
• Deep expertise in accounting products
• Proven experience leading global product portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to lead as a senior individual contributor through influence and expertise
• Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills
