About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy for the European Public Sector vertical, acting as the primary relationship owner for key EU institutional customers.
  • Define and execute 3–5 year account strategies for priority European institutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across executive, procurement, and operational levels.
  • Lead complex tender processes and proposals, coordinating internal teams including presales, legal, bid management, and operations.
  • Drive pipeline growth and revenue generation through new business, renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or senior commercial roles.
  • Proven expertise in strategic account management and complex deal leadership.
  • Experience in consultative solution selling within B2B or B2G environments.
  • Strong understanding of telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a technology-related discipline.
  • High level of English proficiency (C1 required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with European institutions, public procurement, or the Brussels-based ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • International experience and exposure to complex institutional environments.
