About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer profitability, growth, and retention across strategic global accounts
  • Identify opportunities for value-added sales, growth, and increased service adoption
  • Conduct profit and loss reviews and ensure commercial agreements are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Engage internal teams across operations, finance, and technology to deliver service excellence
  • Lead strategic conversations to influence customer programs and business decisions
  • Develop and execute customer business plans aligned to client goals
  • Analyse customer data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Utilise CRM systems like Salesforce to manage communications and track activities
  • Manage and deliver key customer projects with clear stakeholder communication

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Proven success managing large, strategic, or multinational customers
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing customer profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong project management capability
