GIS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer PostGIS databases and SIG web applications
• Maintain web applications such as Geoserveur and MapStore
• Manage PostgreSQL and PostGIS databases
• Automate integration and plan export processes using FME and Python
• Propose improvements for SIG applications and databases
• Implement database control tools and write technical documentation
• Coordinate with editors, surveyors, operators, and cartographers

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5)
• Initial experience in GIS and database management
• Proficiency with QGis and FME
• Strong skills in SQL queries and database history techniques
• Familiarity with cartographic data flows (WMS, WMTS, vector tiles)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Geoserveur or MapStore
• Previous experience in cartography and network management
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
