GIS Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom geospatial web applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK and .NET technologies
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core to integrate GIS with enterprise platforms
• Architect, manage, and optimize enterprise Geodatabases (SDE) using SQL Server
• Develop and optimize complex spatial SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
• Automate ETL processes and geoprocessing workflows using Python (ArcPy) and C# scripting
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks within ArcGIS Enterprise environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable GIS solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework development
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS SDKs (JavaScript SDK, .NET SDK, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid knowledge of ArcSDE, Geodatabase Versioning, Spatial SQL, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and GIS deployment architectures
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating GIS platforms with enterprise systems
• ESRI technical certifications
