Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medical care and support for residents in the asylum seeker reception facility
• Conduct health consultations and advice for residents
• Organize medical office hours for specialist doctors
• Assist during medical consultations, including treatment support and medical documentation
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up treatments with external medical facilities and ensure information transfer

Requirements

• Completed training in Germany as a Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Medical Assistant, Paramedic, Geriatric Nurse, or Emergency Paramedic
• Alternatively, at least 6 years of proven professional experience in a medical or nursing field
• Proficiency in the German language
• Ability to work independently and a quick grasp of new tasks
• Enjoyment in interacting with patients of various nationalities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
