About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support to patients across Spain, adjusting service levels based on urgency and specific therapy needs
- Assist patients with service requests, incident resolution, and remote therapy reviews
- Manage incident resolution through telematics, home messaging, or by coordinating with local delegations
- Follow established scripts and stay updated on new processes and tools
- Conduct patient and hospital surveys and manage data collection campaigns
- Follow up on patient complaints to provide rapid and effective solutions
- Support patients within a 24/7 service framework, including night and weekend shifts
- Act as an expert resource to provide high-level support for complex incidents and assist colleagues
Requirements
- High level of autonomy and responsibility in decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity and rigor when interacting with patients and customers
- Full availability to work 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends
