About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage resources in Data Centers (IDCs) in Colombia, ensuring availability, capacity, and correct operation in a 24x7 environment.
- Monitor and improve the productivity of the offshoring team.
- Manage resources and verify executed hours, including holidays and overtime.
- Support 24x7 shift control, managing incidents, availability, and service outages.
- Supervise and record workstation incidents related to access, power, and the IDC environment.
- Coordinate with Operation, Service Desk, and IDC Systems teams.
- Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of operations and service levels for offshoring services.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in IT Service Management within critical 24x7 environments.
- Experience coordinating N1 and N2 support, ensuring effective incident escalation and operational continuity.
- Advanced technical knowledge in systems and communications.
- High level of spoken and written English.
