Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the logistics team by managing warehouse processes and delivery flows.
• Manage and organize documentation for warehouse reception and correspondence with courier services.
• Provide front-facing attention and follow-up to various internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and support operational requests via Service Now.
• Resolve order clarifications and incomplete information requests.
• Collect, record, and submit weekly operational reports.
• Design and implement improvement strategies to streamline internal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in warehouse operations, logistics improvement, processes, or reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands-on experience using SAP.
