Gestor de Demanda Médica Jr./Propagandista Jr.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full responsibility for the territory, including business growth (prescription and sell-out), HCP execution, and client relationships.
• Maintain medical visitation coverage according to district management requirements.
• Execute brand communication strategies with healthcare professionals (HCPs) using Visual Aids and managing medical events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade, and POS-Force teams to identify opportunities for demand increase and product placement.
• Manage HCP execution by ensuring frequency and sequence objectives, registration, and physician programs are met.
• Disseminate Kenvue culture among peers, employees, and clients.
• Execute bureaucratic obligations and field routines with discipline and excellence.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's License (Category B).
• Availability for travel.
• Strong focus on delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical promotion (Propaganda Médica).
