Responsibilities

• Perform telephone sales for assigned Supplier Homologation services, meeting commercial indicators and goals
• Manage quotes and follow up with suppliers in homologation processes using internal systems
• Coordinate billing, payments, and collections, ensuring correct data validation and deadline compliance
• Review, follow up, and send information to service providers regarding audit rescheduling or observation lifting
• Follow up with new suppliers and renewals via mass WhatsApp messaging
• Conduct meetings with suppliers via Teams/Meet to provide information on homologation services

Requirements

• Technical degree or Bachelor's in Administration or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in Outlook
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in telemarketing/telephone sales
