About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercialization of Cyber insurance through the mediation network to develop and retain the client portfolio.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales, distribution channels, and client portfolio management, including policy renewals and issuances.
  • Assist the commercial area with broker obligations, sales tracking, quotations, and product advisory for new mediators.
  • Provide detailed technical and commercial information regarding Cyber insurance coverages, exclusions, and requirements.
  • Accompany and advise high-value brokers through organized follow-ups and structured commercial plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, production, and claims to ensure correct insurance implementation.
  • Resolve technical queries and operational incidents arising within the mediation channel.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales back-office roles, preferably within the insurance sector (insurers or brokers).
  • Proven experience managing high volumes of administrative tasks related to insurance business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain long-term commercial relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of an Insurance Broker title (Group I or II).
  • Existing network of contacts within the insurance/broker channel.
  • Availability to travel if necessary.
