Gestionnaire Technique Itinérant

Responsibilities

• Visit buildings and establish technical reports for each visit
• Perform contradictory controls and diagnose equipment failures or anomalies
• Monitor the execution of services both within and outside of contracts
• Verify regulatory controls and follow up on the removal of reservations
• Participate in the development of multi-year work plans
• Assist in claims management and expert assessments
• Manage small works, improvements, and move-in/move-out inspections
• Pilot service providers and work resulting from radon audits
• Manage tenant needs and produce required deliverables (visit reports, building files, etc.)
• Use client tools such as RADAR, GRIM, FVI, SAF FM, GESTPROJET, SONEKA, SAP, and INTENT

Requirements

• Bac +2 to +5 degree in Civil Engineering, HVAC, or equivalent building studies
• Technical knowledge of electricity, ventilation, and heating systems
• Proficiency with standard IT tools
• Knowledge of prevention plans for occupant-related works
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory
• Ability to work on-site and travel across the SOA region
• Immediate availability for July and August
