Gestionnaire Technique Immobilier Tertiaire

Responsibilities

• Pilot technical mandates for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets
• Identify, estimate, and supervise structural work programs to enhance asset value
• Conduct building visits, prepare reports, and ensure execution of services
• Participate in the development and monitoring of multi-year work plans (PPAT)
• Guarantee regulatory compliance (ERP, fire safety) and resolve technical reservations
• Manage insurance claims from start to finish
• Perform move-in/move-out inspections and lead tenant meetings
• Provide precise reporting to institutional investor clients

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac +2 to +5) in building, civil engineering, or maintenance
• Solid experience in multi-technical maintenance and commercial building works
• Proven experience in site management and heavy maintenance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (ERP, HQE, fire safety, HVAC)
• Ability to travel 2 to 4 times per week within the Ile-de-France region
