Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to clients and brokers regarding liability and technical insurance policies for large enterprises
• Manage a personal portfolio of brokers and direct clients alongside assigned tasks from the work distribution system
• Act as the primary point of contact for professional inquiries regarding technical and fire insurance
• Responsible for the establishment and management of contracts, including pricing for specific technical risks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company database
• Collaborate with team members to share expertise and optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Law, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Dutch is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and an interest in technological innovation
• Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience within the insurance industry
