Gestionnaire planification QT

Responsibilities

• Plan strategic resource needs for external resources based on historical data and trends
• Optimize resource utilization to establish reliable annual forecasts
• Manage the optimal distribution of internal technicians between depots and shifts
• Ensure efficient appointment management to reduce intervention delays and meet SLAs
• Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, appointment compliance, and route filling
• Lead, mobilize, and develop team members
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement transformations and solve operational issues
• Standardize and update processes and documentation

Requirements

• University degree in administration, personnel management, operations management, or equivalent
• Solid experience as a manager in a computerized operations center (dispatch, logistics, or related)
• Minimum of five (5) years of team management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent command of French (oral and written)
• Availability to travel across the province
