About the role
Responsibilities
- Track movements of logistics supports (entries, exits, returns)
- Record flows in tracking tools and information systems
- Control the consistency of physical and digital flows
- Perform account reconciliations with logistics partners
- Identify and analyze discrepancies (missing items, losses, anomalies)
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders
- Update dashboards and tracking indicators
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics procedures
Requirements
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Strong data analysis and control skills
- Proficiency in tracking tools and dashboards (Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills for internal and external follow-ups
- Continuous improvement mindset
