About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and value a rental management portfolio for individual and institutional clients
- Handle administrative and legal tasks including rent setting, lease drafting, and tenant file validation
- Manage financial aspects such as rent revisions, charge regularizations, and invoice validation
- Oversee technical management including property visits, maintenance follow-up, and claim management
- Consolidate and develop client relationships by negotiating management mandates and providing commercial offers
- Prepare and control reporting elements and respect group procedures
Requirements
- Bac+2 / Licence or Bachelor degree
- Confirmed experience in real estate and rental management
- Strong legal and technical knowledge in real estate
- Proficiency in IT tools and software
- High level of rigor and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to various interlocutors
