Gestionnaire en stock et logistique

Responsibilities

• Receive client orders and document statistical needs regarding their evolution
• Perform data entry for billing and ensure the link between the production line (stock output/supply)
• Manage the production line of sets for care services
• Manage supply requests and stocks using management IT tools
• Monitor stock levels and anticipate needs
• Manage service orders according to requirements
• Control the receipt of raw materials, finished product stock, and goods storage
• Handle client complaints and qualitative production defects
• Maintain operational links with clients and support services
• Collaborate with the quality assurance manager for certification processes
• Collaborate with staff, operational teams, support services, and suppliers
• Provide backup for the distribution position if necessary

Requirements

• CFC in logistics or equivalent
• Proven skills in using management IT tools (Cegid, Microsoft)
• Good knowledge of the French language with strong writing skills
• Several years of experience in stock management and client/supplier relations
• Knowledge of the hospital environment and/or sterilization is an asset
• Rigor, professional conscience, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and organizational skills to adapt to workload variations
