Responsibilities

• Establish manufacturing plans and monitor their execution for defined items
• Manage activity portfolio requirements while ensuring optimal load/capacity balance
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of solutions to accelerate production flow
• Guarantee the integrity of technical data related to manufacturing activities

Requirements

• Technician or Bachelor degree (HES/HEG) oriented towards logistics or management
• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling
• Mastery of production monitoring indicators
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems (SAP is a significant asset)
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to propose proactive solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and assertive communication
