Responsibilities

• Manage indoor and outdoor green spaces across various company sites
• Supervise service providers responsible for the maintenance of green spaces and indoor plants
• Ensure quality of service and compliance with biodiversity standards
• Promote and implement biodiversity initiatives
• Manage projects related to green space landscaping and development
• Establish budgets and action plans for maintenance and improvement, aligning with corporate environmental goals

Requirements

• Degree in horticulture, ecology, environmental management, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, including maintenance and irrigation systems
• Expertise in ecological landscaping and green roof techniques
• Strong understanding of biodiversity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
