Responsibilities

• Pilot and coordinate industrial cleaning operations for a major client
• Plan job sites, including human, material, and technical resources in coordination with the dispatcher
• Supervise and manage foremen and field teams
• Guarantee work quality, respect for deadlines, and fulfillment of contractual commitments
• Manage client relations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
• Ensure the application of Health and Safety (SST) regulations, perform field audits, and intervene in risky situations

Requirements

• Significant experience in industrial site management and team supervision (unionized environment preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
• Mastery of SST (Health and Safety) requirements and applicable regulations
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
• Proficiency with computer tools and effective communication skills
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
