Responsibilities

• Manage the organization of resources within an assembly workshop to ensure production objectives are met
• Record and analyze production indicators and monitor short-term workshop objectives
• Adapt daily workshop organization to account for production contingencies
• Ensure transversal communication and coordination with production support services
• Lead or participate in coordination meetings
• Manage the organization of inventories
• Conduct operational analyses to ensure smooth service functioning

Requirements

• CFC or equivalent in production management and/or logistics
• Significant industrial experience in a workshop management role
• Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP, and production tracking tools
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Methodical, rigorous, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and listening skills
