About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of co-ownership properties ensuring daily operational efficiency
- Prepare, organize, and lead General Meetings and Syndic Councils
- Oversee the execution of voted decisions and monitor ongoing works
- Manage administrative, legal, technical, and budgetary aspects of buildings
- Analyze financial situations and profitability to identify optimization levers
- Coordinate various stakeholders including companies, service providers, and experts
- Maintain high service quality and ensure co-owner satisfaction
- Provide regular activity reporting to management
Requirements
- Degree from a specialized real estate school (ICH, ESPI or equivalent)
- Or a university degree with a legal focus (Bac +3/+4)
- Or a Bac +2 (BTS Professions Immobilières, etc.) with at least 4 years of experience as a Co-ownership Assistant
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, reactivity, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders
