About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate properties in a co-ownership (syndic) capacity
- Organize and hold General Assemblies (AG) and Council meetings (CS)
- Conduct building inspections and manage administrative and technical aspects of the portfolio
- Oversee technical delegates and manage the integration of new mandates
- Handle client communications via phone, email, and mail
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional developer services
- Prepare charge budgets for new real estate operations
- Report actions and data to General Management using internal IT tools
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role
- Strong mastery of real estate legislation
- Ability to work autonomously with rigor and organization
- Team player with a focus on client satisfaction
