About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of real estate properties in a co-ownership (syndic) capacity
  • Organize and hold General Assemblies and Board Meetings
  • Conduct building inspections and manage administrative and technical aspects of the portfolio
  • Oversee technical delegates and manage the integration of new mandates
  • Maintain client relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with headquarters and regional promotion services
  • Prepare charge budgets for new real estate operations
  • Prepare reporting elements and record events in the IT system

Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of real estate legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously with rigor and organization
  • Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction
