About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate properties in a co-ownership (syndic) capacity
- Organize and hold General Assemblies and Board Meetings
- Conduct building inspections and manage administrative and technical aspects of the portfolio
- Oversee technical delegates and manage the integration of new mandates
- Maintain client relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional promotion services
- Prepare charge budgets for new real estate operations
- Prepare reporting elements and record events in the IT system
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of real estate legislation
- Ability to work autonomously with rigor and organization
- Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction
