Responsibilities

• Manage fleet claims from A to Z: opening files, analyzing responsibilities, and coordinating with garages, experts, and insurers.
• Follow up on repairs and indemnifications.
• Act as a hotline contact for drivers during claim situations, guiding them through declarations.
• Manage recourse procedures (including IRSA) and verify intervention compliance.
• Defend the Group's interests against external partners.
• Contribute to a transversal project: auditing insurance risks by subsidiary through risk mapping and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BTS or Bachelor's degree in insurance.
• Previous experience through an internship or a prior apprenticeship.
• Rigorous mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
• Strong sense of service and interpersonal skills.
