Gestionnaire Approvisionnement

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement proposals based on stock levels and operational needs
• Place orders in compliance with technical requirements, expressed needs, and negotiated economic conditions
• Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and resolve disputes between Accounting and Suppliers
• Codify and track items within the system
• Contribute to the optimization of stock levels and warehouse constraints
• Propose alternative solutions in the event of temporary unavailability
• Monitor stock quality and contribute to continuous flow improvement
• Respond to information requests from internal clients and suppliers
• Collaborate closely with support teams

Requirements

• Bac+2 minimum in logistics management, supply chain, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement of technical parts (MRO experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of stock management and customs formalities
• Fluent written and spoken French (C1 level)
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level)
• Proficiency in SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and SmartSheet
• Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work in a team
• Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities
