Gestionnaire ADV Export

Responsibilities

• Manage and track spare parts orders from start to finish for the export zone
• Trigger shipping orders and ensure rigorous order follow-up
• Create, control, and provide regulatory documentary bundles for international shipments
• Apply strict rules and specificities related to the exportation of military equipment
• Resolve qualitative and quantitative disputes and handle deadline-related requests
• Interface with clients, logistics, and customs
• Manage stock levels and integrate order modification requests

Requirements

• Successful experience in Sales Administration (ADV) or Export Logistics
• Experience in an industrial or high-tech environment
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms and customs formalities
• Expertise in documentary engineering for international export
• Experience in the Defense sector or with regulated equipment is a major asset
• Proficiency in English for daily international communication
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage strict contractual requirements
