Gestionnaire Administration du Personnel

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative lifecycle of employees, including drafting employment contracts, amendments, and mobility agreements
• Monitor probation periods, contract endings, and extensions
• Maintain and update employee personal and contractual data within HR systems
• Handle apprentice administration, including file setup and funding requests with OPCOs
• Coordinate occupational health visits and manage annual declarations with medical services
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, certificates, and final settlement documents
• Provide responsive support and advice to employees, managers, and HR regarding personnel administration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac to Master level) in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
• Proficiency in Pack Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities
• High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
