German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails in German to provide professional support
• Handle service requests via portals, ensuring timely logging and SLA compliance
• Enter and track requests in the internal CMS system
• Schedule service visits and aftersales appointments, including night hours
• Coordinate technician workloads and assign maintenance jobs accurately
• Monitor and update open cases in internal and client systems
• Collaborate across shifts and communicate with subcontractors for issue resolution
• Generate regular and ad-hoc customer reports

Requirements

• Near-native German (spoken and written) and intermediate English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including potential night shifts or outside standard hours
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce or Lightfoot
