About the role
Responsibilities
- Optimize and develop Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand and address customer needs and goals
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Document outbound calls and customer reactions
- Ensure customer follow-up
- Analyze competitors and develop sales strategies
Requirements
- Native-level German
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
- Experience with outbound calls
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in Online Display Advertising
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication
- Previous sales experience
