German Language Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person German language lessons to an adult student
• Develop customized curricula based on the learner's intermediate proficiency and specific goals
• Focus instruction on everyday communication and integration into Swiss culture, including geography, history, and art
• Monitor student progress and guide the learner toward achieving their specific language objectives
• Maintain professional and effective communication regarding lesson planning and progress

Requirements

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in German
• A degree in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of professional teaching experience
• Ability to provide in-person lessons in Bäch SZ or nearby areas (Wollerau/Zürich)
• Availability for one 90-minute session per week, preferably on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays
