German Language Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person German lessons to a 6-year-old student in Atlanta, GA
• Develop customized curricula focusing on reading, writing, and grammar to support the student's intermediate level
• Monitor student progress and guide the learner toward specific language goals
• Build a warm, personal relationship with the student to foster a positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively and professionally regarding student development

Requirements

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in German
• Degree or certificate in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience teaching German
• Proven experience working with children
• Ability to provide in-person lessons in the Atlanta, GA area (near Peachtree Way NE)
• Availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4 pm and 8 pm
