German Language Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person German language lessons to an adult student in Heidelberg
• Develop customized curricula based on the learner's proficiency level and specific goals
• Focus on conversational and practical German for day-to-day situations, catering to a visual learner
• Monitor student progress and guide the learner toward their specific language objectives
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Requirements

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in German
• Degree or certificate in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of language teaching experience
• Availability to teach in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 am and 6 pm
• Ability to work as a freelancer
