Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking banking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with general inquiries, account-related questions, and front desk incidents
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Manage customer support requests within a shift-based operation

Requirements

  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Spanish language level B2 or higher
  • English language level B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer support experience is preferred
