About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking banking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with general inquiries, account-related questions, and front desk incidents
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Manage customer support requests within a shift-based operation
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency
- Spanish language level B2 or higher
- English language level B2 or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer support experience is preferred
