German Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Develop and take responsibility for the Tone of Voice and glossary for product and brand
• Write clear, empathetic, and high-quality copy for the German market
• Develop new ideas based on insights and collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts and scripts
• Support the acquisition team with briefs for various channels including ads, landing pages, emails, articles, and the app
• Create content for performance marketing and other owned media channels
• Shape messaging and positioning for new products, campaigns, initiatives, and features

Requirements

• More than four years of experience as a German copywriter in an agency, in-house team, or as a freelancer
• Native German speaker with advanced English proficiency
• Deep experience with creative development processes from concept to execution
• Ability to communicate text and ideas clearly in response to briefings
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
• Based in Berlin
