About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and develop advertising campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients via phone, email, and social media
- Understand customer needs and provide consultative advice
- Update databases with complete customer information
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and build a new customer base
- Document conversation history and customer reactions in detail
- Monitor the market for similar or competing products and services
- Develop sales strategies for products and services
Requirements
- Native German speaker
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Professional experience or degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Sales, or Online Advertising
- Experience with outbound calling
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with various software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
- European passport required
