Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end integral testing to ensure the correct functionality of the Financial Group's system developments.
• Propose and develop testing strategies based on project scope and nature to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Participate in definition sessions to understand project scope and business needs.
• Generate action lines for projects or activities where risks are identified.
• Create executive presentations for high-level management reporting.
• Supervise and support analysts to ensure commitments are met through organized planning and assignment.
• Oversee the implementation of testing methodologies, including Progression, Regression, Sanity, and Exploratory testing.
• Manage and develop team members by promoting training and new skill acquisition.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Administrative Informatics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Testing or Test Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in the Banking sector, Project Management, and Process management.
• Expertise in quality testing and detailed data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong personnel management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a focus on results and a sense of urgency.
