About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of working groups and execution cells to ensure continuous progress of assigned initiatives.
  • Proactively monitor commitments, dependencies, and risks, communicating deviations and obstacles to leadership.
  • Coordinate and consolidate information from multiple areas to prepare executive progress reports for high-level forums.
  • Facilitate working sessions and execution cells to ensure the timely closure of agreements and commitments.
  • Lead working groups to structure and document business requirements aimed at transforming and improving processes.
  • Define structured work plans to achieve specific objectives and provide regular status updates to executive forums.
  • Align diverse interests and facilitate agreements to drive continuous process transformation.
  • Delegate activities to analysts, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and expected results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing initiatives, projects, or processes with direct responsibility for coordination and executive communication.
  • Proven experience in requirement documentation and process design/optimization.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing initiatives within complex organizational structures.
  • Strong skills in product and service analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to integrate groups with diverse interests.
