Gerente Transformación Exp Cliente

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work cells to execute customer experience methodologies and achieve defined objectives.
• Manage transformation initiatives with a focus on digital trends, personalization, and disruptive solutions.
• Coordinate projects between Business and Technology areas to ensure alignment, quality deliverables, and optimal time-to-market.
• Prioritize initiatives based on bank strategy and establish/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create effective executive presentations to report project status, indicators, benefits, and results.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from business requirement gathering to technology development, testing, and production release.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing the voice of the customer regarding released functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or Finance.
• 4–5 years of experience in managing transformation or innovation projects involving Business, IT, and Innovation areas.
• Strong knowledge of digital experience, CX (Customer Experience), and process innovation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
