Gerente Transaccional Pyme

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute commercial, operational, and linkage strategies for high-value SME clients.
• Manage and follow up on high-impact commercial initiatives at a national level.
• Coordinate financial product campaigns and ensure correct operational execution.
• Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placement, activation, and service.
• Lead working groups with commercial, operational, and product areas.
• Design strategies to improve engagement with strategic clients.
• Provide support to the commercial network to resolve incidents and requirements.
• Participate in the implementation of new products and services from planning to activation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking, finance, or services sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, commercial processes, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems with a practical approach.
• Availability to travel.
