Responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategies to meet regional goals and budgets.
• Coordinate events, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product placement.
• Train and advise the branch network on products, processes, and sales best practices.
• Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities and proposing corrective actions.
• Build and strengthen commercial relationships with companies, agencies, and strategic allies.
• Analyze market potential for each office to maximize results.
• Supervise and report on portfolio indicators and product placement metrics.
• Facilitate coordination between internal and external areas involved in commercial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the placement and promotion of financial products.
• Strong knowledge of commercial strategies and business development.
• Experience managing sales indicators and meeting performance targets.
• Experience in training and supporting commercial teams.
• Availability to travel within the assigned region.
