About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for vacancies across different branches within the Quintana Roo region
- Support administrative and operational tasks for the region
- Monitor and follow up on regional operational indicators
- Perform cash drawer audits and manage inventory control
- Implement and follow up on workplace climate strategies
- Coordinate transporters and substitute personnel within the region
- Support Human Capital activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a branch manager or branch supervisor
- Valid Type A driver's license
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience managing reports, cash closures, and inventories
